Business seminars aren’t something new, and you can book onto short wealth seminars anywhere in the world and gain some great new skills. The EEUNI though is something very different, something very special. It’s the difference that makes the difference between working for someone else, and owning your own successful life-style business… I put my business successes down to just three things; The love affair I have with the small business world, the passion I have for each business I create and the drive I have for the business I am involved with. Continuity of those three things leads to business success. I always say that you should go to bed at night thinking positively about your business, and wake up thinking positively about it and if you’re not doing that, you should have a re-think. Your business needs to become a passionate love affair. When I ask my NLP audiences “who would like to create their own business?” and “who is unhappy doing what they are doing every day?”, over 80% put their hand up, and I believe this is because from an early age we are often taught how to be an employee, i.e get good grades, do well in school, get a good job, and not how to be an employer.  I have made it my mission to help people move from employee to entrepreneur through the brilliance of the EEUNI. I’ve been in business since the young age of nine and left school with no qualifications to my name. I now run five successful ‘life-style’ businesses. They are life-style businesses because they allow me to lead the life I choose and not one that’s chosen for me. It’s not only about financial wealth for me, it’s about the life-wealth that being an entrepreneur allows us to create…

Toby is a modern creative leader who demonstrates initiative and integrity in all that he does. As a passionate and open and caring learner he inspires this in those with whom he comes into contact in his work and life. Toby is a very special person, vibrant and dynamic in his thinking and working. I have a secret to share… I was not originally your typical ‘entrepreneur’ – far from it. I was a very happy employee for a large corporate company. Climbing the ladder, step by step. I worked hard at school, worked hard at university, and then worked hard for someone else. That was until I realised that I was not prepared to choose between a career and having a family. My dream has been to create a rewarding business that accommodates the way I choose to live; they way I choose to raise a family and continue to do what I love.

I recently saw the quote “Do what you love” and I said “I already do – in so many ways“. I am living my dream and this is what I want for you.

Since 19 years of age I have been in sales. I started my career selling knocking on doors selling burglar alarms to homes…
Thousands of phone calls and hundreds and hundreds of doors knocked. A true baptism by fire.
In the first 12 years of my career I sold camera systems, courier, coca cola ,medical insurance and boat charters all with and to entrepreneurs . It has been, and is an amazing journey. For the last six years I have had the enormous privilege of speaking on the European conference circuit to literally 10’s of thousands of business owners and executives.
I am so passionate about seeing entrepreneurs succeed, it is the greatest high I know. The Employee to Entrepreuner University is an opportunity of a lifetime for me to work with so many great entrepreneurs in one organisation, and to help you achieve anything you dream of.

For as long as I can remember I have wanted to be free. I have strived for emotional and financial freedom for years… and now I can do what I want when I want with who I want where I want. That to me is total freedom. And now I find myself exactly where I wanted to be, I want more. But the more is not about financial or material more… it’s about more emotional connection, more fulfillment, more joy and laughter and love. And I realise now that to attain that level of fulfillment I must look beyond myself and contribute my gift to the world in my own unique way. Writing is one of my loves and I am an author of several books including the international best seller NLP at Work and NLP and Leadership. I have a degree in Business and loved my time at University, but I was not taught how to be an entrepreneur and run my own successful business, and that’s what I love about the EEUNI – It’s the only membership organisation I know of that will actually get people to the place they want to go in business. Toby & Kate have taught me that anyone with the right mindset, dedication and support can create business for themselves, and I think they have nailed it with their monthly courses and offers of support. I imagine one day setting up in business on my own, and I know who I’ll be seeking advice from! It’s my job to help you in any way I can and make sure you have everything that’s been promised to you when you join. In my spare time I am a percussionist in a brass band in Annan, Scotland, and help manage their finances and competitions – It’s like having my own business sometimes, so I’m right there with you when you talk to me about your new businesses. I love my job here and I love meeting new inspiring people like you. I really look forward to hearing from you.
